I'm wondering, do they lose interest once they have your money? You would think a company selling software would want to be available for a paying customer. "How do I get this software to download again?" I am very disappointed. I sent out several e-mails, but none of the pre-forms Website) answer forms addressed my concern or my question. I updated it, uninstalled it, reinserted the license code, and it still does not work.
There doesn't seem to be any support for this software.
When uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it doesn't work, something is wrong.Ĭons: It stopped working, and I cannot get anyone to help me get it working again. The support that used to be there seems to no longer be available. It worked flawlessly but stopped working several times. Movies, videos, it downloaded them all and with quality results.
